    "Pets" Unfortunately we do not allow pets in any of our bedrooms. Sorry.

  • Check-In & Check-Out

  • Booking Confrmation

    In order to confirm you booking and reserve your room, we require a deposit of £10/person/night and card payment details.
    Resrevations can not be made without the payment of a deposit.

    Any payment details provided are recorded securely and destroyed permenantly from our systems once the reservation is paid for (see Cancellation & Refunds for further details).

  • Cancelations & Refunds

    Deposits:

    Deposits used to reserve bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE.  However, they can be used towards future reservations in the event that you need to make a cancellation.

     

    Cancellations:

    Cancellations made within 48 hrs of your arrival date will incur full charges for the entire reservation made.

     

    Group bookings:

    Group bookings of 3 or more rooms booked are required to pay the remainder of the room charges in full a month prior to the arrival date.

    Cancellation of all the rooms in a Group booking will be charged in full if cancelled 30 days or less than the arrival date.

     

    Note for all cancellations:

    We will attempt to re-let the room and in the event that we are successful in doing so, we will refund the full cost of your booking, minus the £10/person/night deposit.

  • Complaints & Feedback

    We are constantly striving to improve our service, menu and facilites at both our Inns.
